I think there would be a very strong market for an English language book (or even a multi volume work) on the Stalingrad air-lift re-supply operations. I have found it very interesting reading about it and have to admit at being frustrated at the sometimes contradictory entries concerning the units/dates etc. currently out there.
Aside from the hope for a book on this in the future.....
Is anyone able to provide loss details for the Heinkel He 111 of 3./KG27 during the airlift re-supply period at all? It would be a great help, I am hopeful in anticipation.
