Yes, they were both FW 190 F-8s from III./S.G. 3.
Leutnant Töpfer was a member of 8./S.G. 3. I've been contacted by relatives of Hermann Goldenbohm and Werner Skirlo, and will tell their stories in my
Air War Courland book at some point in the not too distant future.
