Hallo

I am trying to understand in detail the sequence of start engine procedure of Bf 109E. Here is description with pictures and english translation:

Steps 3) 5) and 8) (red color text) are not quite clear to me - especially location of controllers in cockpit.

Appreciate any suggestion from "experten".
