Seeking info on 3./JGr126 Y3+I, W.Nr.2723 circa 11.39
Hello,
We're just finishing a color profile for the EoE Project of Yellow 3+I of 3./JGr126 circa 11.39, probably at Bönninghardt? AF, Germany. Does anyone have the name of the pilot of this a/c, which was nicknamed "Molly," or the names of any other pilots of that unit associated with their aircraft nicknames, which were apparently carried on all or most of the unit's Bf109D-1s beginning in the fall of 1939.
