A/c in Sqdn letter was "S"
Pilot: was P/O D.R.C. Jamieson.Safe, returned to unit on foot.
Franks FCL vol 3 has:
Glycol leak made engine overheat; Belly-landed alongside road, South of Tilly-sur-Seulles.
