Upper photo: almost certainly Hptm Oesau but this Leutnant - ???
Lower photo: Hptm Oesau and probably ObLt Mölders (his Eiserne Kravatte looks like RK+EL)
The Spit is the well-known P7665 YT-L flown by P/O Gill, 65 Sqn, s/d on Feb. 5th 1941
