Re: Oblt Paul-Adalbert Bärwolf, 3/NAG 13
W.Nr. 710091 is identified as gelbe 3 in ULTRA CX/MSS/T182/24.
The loss of this aircraft on 15 June 1944, "shot down by 6 Thunderbolts", is given in CX/MSS/R229(C),16. There's no location or pilot name but I tied it in with Bärwolf because Frappé's book lists him as wounded on that date (as the only 3./NAG 13 casualty).
ADI(K) No. 373/1944 says Bärwolf was shot down east of Lessay at 15.00 hrs. on 19 July 1944. That puts him about 60 km west of Bayeux and nowhere near Rouen. He and his Rottenflieger had taken off from Angers.
Regarding 6 and 15 June, see the attached extract from the ADI(K).
