In 1940, Marseille was attacked both by the Luftwaffe and Regia Aeronautica, but no Ju 87 were involved.
I don't think Ju 87 were at any time based close enough to Marseille in 1940 to attack it.
On the other hand, Ju 87 of rear area units were active in the area once it was occupied by Germany in late 1942 and some are known to have crashed in the area.
