Yes, there is a NVM, but unfortunately it doesn't reveal exact location or damages. I read the location as Schopani, but cannot find even that name anywhere. Because IV/JG 54 was at that time in Baltic, the location might be in Estonia or maybe in Latvia.
Based on Andreas' info, the damages should be 60 - 100 %, i.e. total loss.
Here is all I have from the NVM:
1944-04-01, 12./JG 54, Bf 109 G-6, 411415, Schopani, Flakbeschuß. Bruch ? %.
