According to deZeng/Stankey in "Bomber Units of the LW," Vol I, P. 56-7, regarding III./KG4: "to Lüneburg and began conversion to Ju88 (February 1940)... The Ju88 part of the Gruppe not involved in (Norwegian) campaign; ....Had 23 (12) He111P and 37 (21) Ju88A at Delmenhorst ...(10 May 1940); He111Ps in process of being handed in..."
This doesn't specifically address 7 Staffel, but hopefully this will provide an answer to your question.
