Your photo shows the Bf 110C-1 "2N+IH" (not "N") of 1./ZG 1 flown by Staffelkapitän Major Karl Hammes. Hammes, aged 43, died of his wounds after making a forced landing 6.Sept. 1939 after being attacked by Polish fighters. His Bordfunker, Ofw. Walter Steffen, was also wounded and captured.
There are five photos (including the one at your link) of this machine and incident on pages 10/11 of Vasco's Zerstörer Vol. 1, published by Classic Pub., Ian Allan Pub., c2005.
