Damaged in action with Hudson of No.269 Squadron and ditched in the North Sea 115 miles east of Karmo 8.40 p.m. FF Oberfw Karl Moritz, BO Oberlt zur See Dieter Neumerkel, BF Fw Fritz Rogge, and BM Fw Gerhard Schultz took to dinghy which they radioed was damaged and all subsequently missing. Aircraft K6+FH 100% write-off.
