Re: Dates of victories by VMF-216/217 pilots in Feb 1945
Aircraft from both Wasp and Hornet claimed to have attacked and sunk a "DE" near Naha on 1 March. The probable candidate is the torpedo boat Manazuru which was lost that day in the same area.
