Me 262 Volume 3 (Smith/Creek) has Feb 17,1945 with a detailed description by Eder.
Obermaier has Feb 17,1945
JG-7 (Boehme) has Feb 17,1945 with same description as Me 262 Vol 3
Stormbird by Buechner has January 22,1945
LW officer Database by Stankey has January 22,1945
in "Fighter Tactics" by Sims has "that day in January 1945 when he was shot down in a jet east of Munich. He was taken to a hospital on the Tegensee and there remained until taken prisoner.
One problem with Feb 17,1945. The plane supposedly flown By Maj Eder was 501199, which was listed as 65% destroyed in an engine accident. If he bailed out the A/C should be 99% destroyed.
