What does it mean??
In Dutch archives regarding Eindhoven Air Base which was use by the Luftwaffe during WWII (Fliegerhorst A/10(XI), codename: Erlkoenig and code GK) I found a file named "Eindteilung Fliegerhorstkommandant in Verwaltersbereich und Fouriersbezirke". With "Fouriersbezirk 4" I found "Sonderstellungen" and the following names "Nordpol p.p" and "Sonderanlagen Abessinien".

What does those last two names mean?
