Re: Night attacks by Luftwaffe in September 1944, Eastern France.
Luftflotte 3's diary just recorded an attack by 41 aircraft of Fliegerkorps IX on the night of 3/4 September. There is no breakdown of the units involved, unfortunately.
(The target on 2/3 September was Verdun).
