Remi, the two figures written on the NVM could either be 48 or 98. I went with 98 because the Griehl/Dressel He177 book gave 550098 as from 4/40 attacked by a NJ. on 14-6-44. As regards 550048 the same book shows the last entry for this aircraft on 27-3-44. In the Smith/Creek book this has been clarified as 550048 20% damaged but repairable in bombing attack on Bordeaux/Merignac on 27-3-44. In the Griehl/Dressel book the numbers are shown in sequence as 550090,550098,550117, while the other book shows one batch finishing at 550090 and the next starting at 550117 so it looks like 550098 might be suspect,
