found this poster in stuff my dad brought back at the conclusion of WWII. can anyone tell me about it? hope to learn things such as: it's purpose; an assessment of its condition (considering age); how common is it; value; how to preserve it; etc............

I'm trying to decide if it is a "keeper" for my grandsons or if I'm better off selling it.
