Thank you Laurent for the answer. I will pass this information on to my Russian friend. He was trying to obtain the full story for a person looking for what happen to his uncle. Borchers shot down his Yak-9D from the 122 IAP near Huta Nowa and he was listed in Soviet records as KIA. The relative found out recently that he became a POW and was later executed in Germany on not joining Vlasov's Army.
