The No.1 Overseas Air Despatch Unit ORB (AIR 29/471) records," All These aircraft arrived safely except statement MOSQUITO XIX. TA411 Which is missing. No news of this aircraft has been received.
The crew Were F / O. DEAN and W / O. Entwistle. "
