First, yes there were production Ju88G-10s.

Second, regarding the Mistel in question, unless I am mistaken it is:
Mistel S3C consisting of Ju88G-10, WNr. 460046 and 190A-8, WNr. unknown, marked as 1030, both located at Bernburg.
