Re: Werner Methfessel claims 1939
The story with Methfessel`s combat on 23.11.1939 was published for the first time by C.Shores (?) and repeated several times by many authors. I suppose it is coming from Heinrich Weiss` manuscript. But what is the source ?
As I know Methfessel wrote during the war a lillte bit for the Propagandaabteilung. Maybe something was published in "Der Adler" or whatever similar ??
