I have

4 Dec 1943 2(F)./122 Me 410 F6+YK 100206 Shot down by a fighter over Bari, 100%, Oblt. Josef Schumm (F) and Uffz Heinz Kummer (Bf) MIA.

Petrick/Stocker "Me 210/410 Hornisse/Hornet" have this as an A-3 built at Augsburg possibly converted from Me 210 stock.
