Rasmussen you are 100 % right and the complaint
sounds rather childish in a forum which may not
be related to such !
First of is sad to hear that once in a while people
get defrauded on Ebay, though the auction was
cash upon collection , so why would u chose an other
unsafe payment method such as wire transfer or WU
rather paypal /credit card which always refunding
fraudulent transactions , additionally Ebay providing
buyers protection for those who paid according Ebay regulations
then my friend you can write it as own fault if indeed u acted
otherwise !
