I can only say, Bauer was killed near Suda bay. He was the fourth C.O. of the 2. Kp./GJR 100 within 2 months in Greece
2. Kp., Kp.Chef, Oblt. Friedrich-Richard-Josef Schramm (+) 06.04.41 Höhe 307,5 bei der Metaxas-Linie,
06-22.04.41 Oblt. Riechstein, 22.04-04.05 Oblt. Norbert Stampfer, 04.05. beide durch Unfall (s. vw.)
07.05-27.05.41 Oblt. Wilhelm Bauer (+) 27.05.41 bei der Suda-Bucht
