It was a support aircraft of that unit, part of the Comando Aeronautica del Corpo di Spedizione Italiano in Russia. 22° Gruppo reached on 9 august 1941 Burarest Baneasa, on 12 august Tudora and on 26 august Krivoj Rog via Balta.

So I think that your picture was probably taken in august 1941.
