Friedrich Pott, Dieter Andresen, Josef Scholze, Franz Gruschka. KGr. 1./506. 15 10. 1942
On 15 January 1942, KGr. 1./506 Ju88A-4 (S4+EH ; wnr.1612) was shot down off the Tyne by AA gunfire. The body of Ltn z See Andresen was subsequently washed ashore; the rest - Pott(FF), Scholze(BF) and Gruschake(BS) [Possibly [Hruschka] - still listed as 'missing'. Does anyone have further details, documents/photographs of this crew that they are willing to share?
