Re: 10./NJG 11 -- Me-262 related

Cross-post from LRG Forum but completes this post:

"The deed is done (finally) and although I am still reviewing pages, I thought, it's Sunday and I should open up for visitors... the originally German document I published has now been removed and replaced by a web-based summary of what I was able to find out about 10./NJG11 (aka "Kommando Welter"). Please find the NEW pages here.

A few comments up front:
I have more material, especially copies of original documents, but I have decided to not publish them here since they do tend to "grow feet" quicker than one could look.
I have additional information but it is not related to the "core" of the events - it is mostly summaries and conclusions drawn based on the data available to me. I am not sure yet what to do with that information but it will be published at some point in time.
Copyrighted material (e.g. copies of documents from the Bundesarchiv) have been removed, all copies of documents presented are taken from other sources. I may remove one or the other copy of an original document over time, replacing it with a better readable reproduction when I get a chance.
If you want to comment, you can do so on the individual daily entries (which is why I have created the website this way). It is easier to channel the discussions and separate them by the topics.

I hope you enjoy the read - the German version did not provoke much feedback but I hope by making it accessible to a larger community (in English language), this may change. There are still many sources not exploited, I am particularly interested in contacts to RAF Pilots and/or RAF Groups that deal either with the individual Squadrons or 8 Group / 100 Group. Maybe together we can piece things together a bit more and do our part to adding to the puzzle

So far, so good...hope, you enjoy the read

Andreas

PS: ...and in case it is hard to figure out: click the individual calendar entries (main page) to get to the daily posts – from there, you can use either the calendar (main page) to get to the next available day or you use the small link at the top of each daily entry to move back and forth... the statistics currently don't tell me if people get beyond the landing page "
