According the addenda of MS 406 book (additif & correctif à l'ouvrage "Le Morane-Saulnier MS.406, 2003):

Capitaine Hyvernaud was probably killed on n° 1012, and n° 946 "17" was severely damaged on ground on 12.05.1940. This last plane was at the ARAA Aulnat on 20.07.1940.

N° 379 was damaged in combat on 11.05.1940, Lt Marchelindon. Also at ARAA Aulnat on 20.07.1940.

About Bloch of GC I/8, according Serge Joanne's book.

There's 2 patrols :

2ème escadrille, Adj Guy (534), Lt Zerovnický (530), C/C Králik. Cover of the area Velaine - Nancy, TO at 06:07. At 8.000 m, combat with 12 Do 17 & 12 Bf 110
1 Do 17 claimed destroyed by Lt Zerovnický over Pont-à-Mousson at 06:40
Adj Guy (N° 534) shot down while attacking a Do 17. Temporarily unconscious, he succeeded a forced landing near the fort of Bruley.
C/C Králik damaged by 3 Bf 110, landing at Epinal

1ère escadrille, S/Lt Thollon (528 "7"), S/Lt Flandi (369), C/C Spacek (537). TO at 06:20.
Combat with 50 bombers & 50 Bf 109.
1 He 111 claimed by S/Lt Thollon. Shared with S/Lt Flandi & GC III/7 (S/C Moulène & Sgt Boyer). Finished off by french AA (123ème batterie, 403ème régiment) near Trondes.
S/Lt Thollon's Bloch was damaged by fighters while he attacked this bomber.
C/C Spacek was shot down by Bf 110s (?) while attacking bombers. He bailed out & landed at Janville(??) (Jézainville?).
S/Lt Flandi was lost of sight during the combat, probably shot down by fighters. Bloch n° 369 crashed near Saint Germain sur Meuse
