but I have the following reports from Genst.Gen.Qu.6.Abt.:
12.01.1942, Lfd.Nr 13
28.01.1942, Lfd.Nr 15
The former has an E-2 with Handl as the pilot
The latter an E-3 with Hantel as the pilot
I am inclined to think Handl was the pilot and Hantel somehow managed to save the flight and was only recognised latterly. This does not finalise the sub-type.
