Me 262 B-1a 110639 found at Schleswig
Gentlemen,
Dan O'Connell in Me 262 Production Log (2005), pp. 99 - 100, wrote:
"110639 Call sign GM+UK. Me 262 B-1a.

David E. Brown also wrote online in September 2010 on the Warbird Information Exchange "Me 262 arrives":
"Messerschmitt Me 262 B-1a, WNr.110639 'White 35' of III./EJG. 2
... The jet was captured at Schleswig suggesting that it may have been a training aircraft for pilots of NJG 11 converting to the dual-seat Me 262 B-1a/U1 night fighter. After capture it was sent to the Americans at Lechfeld, being named '639' and 'Vera' by the 54th Air Disarmament Squadron..."
I have two questions:
1. On what date was 110639 flown from Schleswig to Lechfeld?
2. Who was the pilot?
Thank you in advance,
Jim Geens
