F. V. Manger

In 1942 he was a Pilot Officer on No. 461 Squadron operating Sunderland's and later promoted to a Flight Lieutenant.

In most of the published literature I've seen he is always referred to as F. V. Manger for this future publication would like to use his first name.

I'm guessing that his first name may be Frederick ?

Any help greatly appreciated.
