Hi Andrey, Correct is Ju 88 A-5 (with spaces, please) - and there has been so much "wrongs" written on Ju 88, and "the new" books are no better, because they are not based on research, only rewrite of old books etc. Besides the 0625 was A-5 version built before the D-2 came along ... and .. D-2 was not same plane as A-5. The D-2 was like the D-1 (cameras not in bomb-bay), but had (older) A-5 engines.

This loss was not known to me, and not in any Luftwaffe document I know of,
so thanks. I have no idea on where or how crew escaped. Most likely they were Hungarian.
