JG 301 carried out its last operational mission on 30 April and was ordered to leave its aircraft at Neustadt-Glewe where they would be collected by JG 11. As far as is known, Stab/JG 11 took over four Ta 152 Hs. Two were shot down by Spitfires during the ferry flight from Neustadt-Glewe to Leck and one crash-landed at Leck, leaving only one survivor, probably WNr. 150010 of Lt. Mehling.
