I just found today a Russian site containing many Soviet War Diaries.

There is an "operations" part on this website, and for each operations, at the bottom of the page you will find war diaries of several units involved. Many are ground units, but it also included air units.
For example, the page on the battle of Debrecen includes the war diary of 5 ShAK, 3 GvIAK, 312 NDAB, 231 ShAD for October 1944, and the war diary of 5 VA for November 1944.
The bad part of it is that the war diaries are provided as pictures of the original, so for people like me that don't read Russian, no automatic translation is possible
But still can be useful to many here.
