I notice that some of the markings shown in the photos are very similar to yours. The numbers on the hub may detemine exactly what type of plane it is from. It certainly appears that the term "AERO" did appear on RAF tail wheels and the words "static conducting" in English would also be a clue.


This link is another discussion about an AERO tire found. At first thought to be from a Hurricane but apparently not. Again, the various numbers on both the tire and the hub provide clues.
