Just by chance the uncle of my wife served in a YER-2 air regiment , according to him
YER-2 ( bomber version ) did never carry 2 pilots , if you reffer to the transport version, by
the end of the war and beyond this is something I could agree with. Personally , I would like
to see a cockpit photo of the bomber matching your statements designed for two pilots
and eventually the Russian source of your info just in case you don't have one. Attached
last bomber version 1945 . By the way Vadim ( uncle of my wife ) is still alive and well.

PS : Standing right Lt.Vadim P , 328th BAP, he served as ground crew
