So here is my reply:
As I wrote before, the only known battle for II./JG 11 was near the Belgian border, away from your area. All known losses and claims for II./JG 11 during the area were in northern France, not in western France where JG 1 and I./JG 11 were active. And II./JG 11 was flying Bf 109, while British pilots in the evening of 28 June reported meeting Fw 190s.
The most probable explanation of the "missing Fw 190 losses" is an overclaim of the British pilots. 4 claims against two real losses and one damaged is not so bad. Probably several British pilots attacked the same German fighter.
