I have the unit also as 9./KG 4 but III./KG 4 was during July 1940 equipped with the Ju 88A and was based at Schiphol.

I assume this was a loss of Ergänzungsstaffel/KG 4 (home base Faßberg) during a training flight to the Baltic Sea coast with a crew of 9./KG 4.
