9 July 1940 Stabsstaffel KG76 Dornier Do17Z. Damaged in attacks by S/L A.T. Smith and Sgt C.A. Parsons of No.610 Squadron west of Cap Gris Nez following armed-reconnaissance sortie over Dover, Brighton, and Reading, and belly-landed near Étaples 2.20 p.m. BF Fw Hans Lemke and BM Fw Werner Sankowski badly wounded – both transferred to hospital in Brussels, rest of crew unhurt. Aircraft F1+BA 40% damaged but repairable.
10 July 1940 4.(F)/121 Dornier Do17P-1. Belly-landed near Boulogne following reconnaissance sortie over Oxford - Portsmouth - Isle of Wight - Swindon. Believed that severely damaged in attacks by Red Section of No.145 Squadron (F/L R.G. Dutton, P/O R.D. Yule, and P/O M.A. Newling) south of Southampton 5.10 a.m. BO Oberlt Otto Somborn killed, BF Gefr Willi Fränzis slightly wounded, rest of crew unhurt. Aircraft 60% damaged - write-off.
