Please forgive me, but right now I am totally occupied editing my new book on the Battle of Britain, so it may be published in October this year. I have to return to my notes on Kursk only later. My lack of a proper and exhaustive answer to all your questions is due to nothing else but a lack of time due to those circumstances.
(Been working through all my interview tapes with Hermann Neuhoff all day today, adding his words to the Battle of Britain manuscripts where they fit. Have been working on that book for about 12 hours per day this last week, when we teachers are free.)
