The German KU- and microfilm Reports as a short-form catalogue, generally known as
Generalquartiermachermeister-Meldungen are existing as paper-copy, arranged day-by-day. My copy is from 1996 but have no idea, if they are online.
I don't think that the Reports itself are online, but in most of the cases you'll find the report in the respective MACR or you order it.
You'll find the German claim-reports in catalogue form, arranged day-by-day, in this forum online.
Since nowadays anything is online, maybe someone else can help.
