One minor point: the RAF didn't have an Olive Drab, at least under that name. Olive Drab was a USAAF colour, though it could come in a variety of shades. The closest RAF equivalent was Dark Green. Although this had an olive hue, the two colours should be distinguishable. However, as these appear to be interior parts, the colour is likelier to be one version of Interior Green (a number of different names exist) from a US aircraft, the RAF equivalent being the much lighter Grey Green.
