The second Bf 109 could be an old friend (red 2 + FA from 2/jg 26) !
On November 28th 1940, at 16 o'clock, Bf 109E WKr 1289 "red 2" + remains of SKZ ..+FA, 2/JG 26, was shot down at Udimore, near Rye, UK.
It was flown by Uffz Heinz Wolf, PoW.
This machine is now preserved in incomplete condition in South Africa !
Very probably the same.
