There is a prisoner of war interrogation reports that speaks of plans for FAG 123 to use a captured P-47 on reconnaissance over England. I think you will find earlier discussions about that on this forum.
In the Summer of 1944, KG 200's operational flying units were undertaking transport duties. Some of those transport missions used captured aircraft like the B-17 (in Greece) and French flying boats (in Finland); many others used the Ju 188 and He 111. The organisation of KG 200 is well known and it did not have a fighter Staffel although later it used Fw 190 F-models as bombers.
Two good books on the subject are "Moskau ruft Heeresgruppe Mitte" by Dr. Günther W. Gellermann and "KG 200, the Luftwaffe's Most Secret Unit" by Geoffrey J. Thomas.
