Chris,
As soon as I can clear off the stuff on top of my scanner (no flat, level, space left uncluttered) I will scan the reports and send them to you. Do you want Patterson + Fletcher of Sept 21, 1941 as well?

There is a report for Dec 19, 1941, but I think it lacks names; just Yellow Section. I will scan all of these.
