Re: GERMAN PROPELLER, WHAT PLANE?

Flown to San Severo north of Foggia, Italy, by a Hungarian pilot on 14 December 1944

believed to have been flown to Wright Field during January 1945, or possibly to have been shipped there at a later date

at Freeman Field by 16 May 1946

15 August was still there awaiting disposition.

Reportedly only pieces of this aircraft remain in storage at the Paul E. Garber Facility, including a wing spar, wing flap and cowling pieces.
