Thanks for taking the time to reply... I am sure you have other more important tasks at hand...

At this time, all I have is shot down during a convoy protection sortie off France on 23rd June 1941 in Spitfire V R6761. A cannon shell exploded in the cockpit and rendered his right arm useless, which my photos would support. He was taken to the Luftwaffe Hospital at St. Omer where his right arm was amputated.
