Hello my old friend!
First of all, strange camouflages are always the most interesting, aren't they?
Second, you seem to confirm my assumption.
I am not 100% sure if the airframe was "reused" to build V083 or it was completely new, but it for sure seems that it was sprayed in same manner even on the wings... I cannot guarantee but it for sure doesn't show any demarcation lines on the wing's leading and trailing edges where splinter colors would meet.
And yes - when it became 'Happy Hunter II" it received more spraying! Nose was resprayed to remove: Wilma Jeanne, that white line that was originally there behind it, V 083, german and first American markings, tail... and they also added more of the spray under the wing on the sides of the engines!
But I am not interested in any of the captured markings - though I love to do those (in last few months I did 190 in Yugoslav, Japanese & Soviet markings).
It is true that on V 083 while still in German markings the rear fuselage looks a bit lighter. That is what I believed made some of the modelers to paint their representations of V 083 into splinter or similar defined two tone camouflage.
One more question about V 083 is: was it featuring
Camera in the nose or not!? Some sources do not mention that but few say - it did not. On the other hand one of the US soldiers is peeking in some hole in the nose:

and I wonder - if camera was not installed - was there a mouth for it - just not featuring camera inside (hence the "no camera statement"?)
Isn't it strange there are no US observations surfacing about this machine describing it's colors anywhere on the known net?
Best,
Milos
