I was not aware there were such lists, so early.
Presumably more details have been found later.
However when I looked up Rossow on the map I located many different ones.
First one (only called Rossow) is much closer to the present day Polish border, while a second one is in fact called Rossow Wittstock/Dosse and is almost north of Berlin.
If I then may venture a guess, I would say both Rossow and Wittstock are correct and it is in fact this place which is ment.
However someone much more educated in the intricacies of German placenames should have a go at all this....
